IP disclosure

Intellectual property disclosure is a requirement under the UWA Intellectual Property Regulations.

Section 6(1) states "... that IP which may have commercial significance must be disclosed to the University in writing."

Disclosure is made by completing an Intellectual Property Disclosure Record and Evaluation Form. It is essential to provide as much detail as possible. We protect the confidentiality of all the records we hold.
