When the IP competitiveness and ownership position has been established, an IP assignment and revenue sharing agreement is required.
This agreement documents the IP ownership and how any potential revenue will be shared between the inventors and collaborators.
The agreement will be drafted by your project manager from the Office of Industry and Innovation.
